1. Introduction
This agreement governs the terms of subscribing to and using MedFix services provided as Software as a Service (SaaS). Using or subscribing to the service constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
2. The plan and services
MedFix offers a single subscription plan that includes all platform modules, with monthly or annual billing. Its prices and features are set through: the official pricing page, approved price quotations, and contracts concluded with the Customer. The plan may be amended or developed in the future according to business needs.
3. Trial period
MedFix may offer a free or limited trial period to some customers. A trial period does not oblige MedFix to provide the service free of charge after it ends. The trial period may be ended or changed at any time.
4. Demos
The Customer may request a demo of the system before subscribing. A demo is intended to introduce the Customer to the system's features and does not constitute a separate contractual obligation.
5. Subscription fees
The Customer undertakes to pay the published or agreed fees according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Fees are payable in advance for the specified contractual period.
6. Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless the Customer cancels renewal before the due date. MedFix may send renewal reminders as it deems appropriate.
7. Switching between monthly and annual billing
The Customer may switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time. Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription takes effect at the end of the paid annual period unless otherwise agreed.
8. Service suspension
MedFix may temporarily suspend the service in the following cases: non-payment of fees, suspected unlawful activity, threats to system security, or maintenance or protection requirements.
9. Ending the subscription
The Customer may end the subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the prepaid period. Cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a refund of fees paid except in accordance with the approved refund policy.
10. Data export
The Customer may request a copy of its data before the service ends, in accordance with the technical capabilities and formats available at MedFix.
11. Data retention
After the subscription ends or the account is cancelled, MedFix may continue to retain the data for up to ninety (90) days. After this period, the data may be permanently and securely deleted.
12. Taxes and fees
Prices and fees are subject to the applicable statutory taxes and charges under the laws in force. The Customer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or charges.
13. Changes
MedFix may change the plan, prices or service features in the future, notifying existing customers of material changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. New prices do not apply to a period already paid for; they take effect from the next renewal.
